About the Aries Legal desk

Practical editorial guidance for people organizing an immigration process.

What we publish

Aries Legal explains the preparation work around U.S. immigration: budgets, forms, records and the questions to take to an appropriate adviser. It is an information publication, not a law practice, referral guarantee or government service. No attorney-client relationship is created by using this website.

The editorial desk writes and maintains the guides. A team byline identifies that responsibility; it does not claim attorney authorship, legal review or firsthand case experience. If a qualified contributor reviews an article in the future, the page will identify that person and the scope of their review.

How to read our sources

We use official agency material for procedural statements and link the relevant instructions in each guide. Articles carry a review date. Fees, eligibility and procedures can change, so readers should return to the source before acting. Our planning examples are illustrations and do not determine eligibility or predict outcomes.

Links to VisaTypes provide additional explanations of specific classifications. Agency sources remain the reference for current official instructions. A link to an outside publication is not an official endorsement or a guarantee of its accuracy.

Updates and corrections

The news desk records when its selection was checked. It is not an automatic news service. The fee planner identifies its included rates, exclusions and review date. We avoid presenting a precise total where the reader’s facts and current rules are needed to calculate one.

If you spot a discrepancy, use the linked official source as your reference and seek qualified help for a decision affecting your circumstances. This site does not currently offer a staffed legal inquiry or correction submission form; do not send sensitive records through unrelated channels.
